Certifications and HACCP

Quality certification is the outcome of the “modus operandi” that distinguishes our work and our organization at every level.  A quality protocol summarised in the PDCA (plan-do-check-act), powers the corporate processes to make them more effective and efficient. Quality certification is a solid and durable form of alliance and on this platform we established out self-control plan for food safety, im-plementing the HACCP method (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). All the potential health hazards that may be associated with our production processes, whether of particle, chemical or biological source are analysed and monitored through an integrated system of preventive actions, monitoring and verifications.  Just like our quality management system our hygiene and health self-control plan is continuously updated to improve its performance: new scientific developments, legislative updates, customers’ reports, and audits are some of the inputs that allow the organization to evolve and obtain increasingly safe products from the health point of view.

In possession of a kosher certification, our company produces food fit for consumption and complying with the rules of kosher food.
